- Pre-eclampsia risk by NICE / ACOG and the FOGSI Gestosis score, from history, BMI, age, blood pressure and results.
- Obstetric history that works for you: previous LSCS, preterm birth, stillbirth, PIH and the pregnancy interval are picked up automatically.
- Aspirin shown as a recommendation only. The doctor decides.
- Nine condition pathways add their own reviews and tests when triggered.
Needs decision
Alerts are grouped and open only when clicked. The number beside the heading counts only what still needs action.

- Consents due carry a Take consent button, right there on the plan.

The right form at the right moment
The library holds 88 consent forms and 45 condition information notes. Perinexa suggests the ones this patient needs, marks them Must or Advisable, and will not let a consent be marked signed until capacity, questions and patient-specific risks are recorded.
Translations are supplied for the hospital to review. Each printout shows a draft line until the hospital records its approval.
